About Hattie
With over five years of tutoring experience and a BSc in Space and Planetary Science, I have developed a teaching style that works. I focus on guiding high school students through IGCSE and A-Level Physics with confidence. My lessons always combine theory with practice, using experiments to make topics tangible. Derivations are explained in detail so that formulas are not just memorized but understood. Mechanics is one of my strongest areas, and I explain it in ways that feel logical and clear. Electricity is also a key focus, taught with examples that relate to everyday devices. Waves are explored through demonstrations and problem-solving. I use past papers regularly to strengthen exam performance and identify areas for growth. Every student has a different learning style, and I adapt my methods to suit them. I provide structure, feedback, and encouragement at each step. Physics can seem tough at first, but it becomes manageable with the right approach. My goal is to help you overcome challenges and succeed in your exams.

Physics can feel overwhelming at first, but my lessons turn it into a fascinating story. I teach with warmth, storytelling, and interactive methods designed for beginners. Equations are introduced only after concepts are clear, so learning feels natural. Everyday experiences like falling objects, shadows, and echoes become teaching tools. Fun experiments and simple demonstrations bring these ideas to life. Historical discoveries are shared to highlight the brilliance of past scientists. Philosophical questions, like whether time has a beginning, keep curiosity alive. I use visual aids to make abstract concepts easy to see and discuss. Students are encouraged to ask questions, connect dots, and think critically. Pilot Aspirants find practical guidance in flight-related topics like aerodynamics. Olympiad Competitors benefit from deeper challenges and problem-solving exercises. Lessons are never rushed, but they are always engaging. Progress comes with both skill and confidence. With me, Physics becomes accessible, exciting, and full of meaning.
