About Talia
I am a Physics tutor with more than 8 years of experience and a BSc in Physics with Philosophy. My passion lies in teaching middle school students the basics of forces and motion. I make these concepts easier by using simple experiments and hands-on activities. Real-world examples, such as sports and roller coasters, make the lessons relatable and memorable. I believe physics should feel connected to everyday life. Many students feel nervous about the subject at first, but I work to change that. I guide them through engaging problem-solving exercises to boost their confidence. Curiosity is encouraged in every session, and no question is too small. My approach is patient, interactive, and supportive. Lessons are broken down into clear steps that match each student’s pace. Students learn to enjoy physics while strengthening their problem-solving skills. Over time, they begin to see the subject as something exciting and useful. My goal is to make physics fun, approachable, and enjoyable.

My Physics teaching style is calm, reflective, and focused on discovery. I guide students through experimental design so they can build their own investigations. Data analysis is explained clearly and practiced often. Error propagation is introduced gently to make uncertainty understandable. Scientific reporting is taught to build communication and clarity. I especially enjoy guiding DIY Scientists and Curiosity-Driven Learners. They are supported in finding their own way of exploring science. Lessons blend theory, practice, and reflection for a complete experience. Mistakes are embraced as learning opportunities. Students learn to grow more confident and independent over time. Each step helps them refine their skills as investigators. Physics becomes a tool for asking questions and testing ideas. Together, we make scientific inquiry practical and approachable.
