About Reena
To make sure that the students are learning a wide range of skills I will ensure that they will work in different settings. There are several ways in which I can ensure my students are learning in diverse conditions such as working independently, in groups, or in pairs. This will help them learn to work on their own but also learn to communicate and work together. I will encourage my students with classroom discussions and participation by asking open ended question, which allows them to think and understand other perspectives around them and build from the ideas.

Some of the main skills that is need to be a outstanding teacher are patience, passion and knowing how to manage and run a classroom full of young students. When all of these come together it makes a great teacher. The teacher has many roles in the classroom and needs to work hard accommodating the academic, social and emotional needs of all of the students
