About Natali
I’m a former WTA and NCAA DI Athlete with a strong background in Psychology and vast experience working as a Counselor with diverse populations. I’ve been traveling the world to learn about other cultures, healing arts and alternative therapies and worked with many communities with the goal to educate, empower and enable underprivileged populations to achieve a healthier lifestyle and increased opportunities.

I tailor my classes or sessions according to each individual's personal goals and needs. At first, we have an initial consultation to discuss objectives, primary problems/concerns and short and long term goals. If we both decide to work together, we would find a schedule that works for both of us so that we begin a follow up plan.
For the acro yoga lessons, I usually do group classes or workshops for beginners/intermediate level. Although based on the level of experience of the individual private lessons could be arranged.

Health Coaching and Psychological Consulting Hourly rates may vary according to student location and frequency of sessions scheduled based on the individual's personal goals.
Acro Yoga Group Classes/Workshops are $15 with a minimum of 5 participants. Groups of 10+ people pay $10 each.
Prices are negotiable based on the individual's economic situation and personal goals. To be discussed individually.
