About Heather
As a mom of two children, I understand firsthand the balance of identifying needs, finding appropriate support for the child, receiving tools to best support at home, and figuring out how to find time to do this. I value that I'm working with a family, and that there are many different components to family life. When I'm offering tools to support the students' efforts, I make sure that the student knows the expectation, and that the parent can print and start, with minimal effort.

With two decades of experience working in a variety of different settings and states; I continue to enjoy helping students and families find the right method of instruction and watch them grow. Students want to learn but can not always grasp the knowledge the way it is being delivered in the classroom. I will help identify strategies to build confidence, independence and organization to help them reach full potential.
