About Alicia
I have over 5 years of experience teaching biology and hold a BSc in Biology with Psychology. My lessons focus on ecology, environmental science, and understanding how ecosystems function. I guide students through biodiversity, conservation biology, and climate change impacts. Students passionate about protecting nature and wildlife thrive in my sessions. I emphasize observation, critical thinking, and practical application of concepts. Lessons include interactive discussions, case studies, and examples from real habitats. Students explore species interactions, ecological balance, and sustainability strategies. I encourage curiosity, active participation, and problem-solving. Together, we analyze human impacts and conservation solutions. Lessons make biology engaging, meaningful, and relevant. Students gain confidence in understanding complex ecological systems. Learning inspires awareness and action for a sustainable future. My goal is to empower students to make a positive environmental impact.

I teach biology with a focus on evolutionary biology, natural selection, speciation, and phylogenetics. My lessons emphasize critical thinking and evidence-based reasoning. Students examine how species adapt and diversify over time. I use real examples from fossils, genetics, and ecology to illustrate concepts. Food Chemists and Green Chemists thrive in lessons that connect evolution to practical applications. Lessons include case studies, discussion, and interactive problem-solving. I guide students in interpreting phylogenetic trees and evolutionary relationships. Together, we explore adaptation, survival, and speciation events. I encourage active engagement, curiosity, and careful reasoning. Students gain confidence analyzing evolutionary processes. Lessons connect evolutionary theory with ecology, genetics, and conservation. I aim to make learning accessible, exciting, and relevant. Understanding evolution empowers students to think critically. Students leave ready to explore life’s grand narrative.
