About Sonya
An experienced private and group instructor, I have worked with students of all ages and levels. I am passionate about teaching and strive to deliver a superb experience to each student in every class.
I am a two-time graduate of the 200 Hour Yoga Better teacher training and am registered with Yoga Alliance.

My commitment? Your health.
I teach a style of yoga based on a profound understanding of anatomy and mechanics, with a strong emphasis on safety. While my classes incorporate traditional yoga poses, my approach is one of exploration rather than strict execution. In each class we will work on improving balance, strength, range of motion (flexibility), and body awareness, but since we won't be repeating a prescribed set of poses, each class can look quite different.
My promise to you is that you will feel better at the end of each session and that you will carry that feeling forward into your week.
