My teaching is to test each person as an individual and tailor to their needs. I am patient, encouraging and a good listener but I will still push you to grow and become your best self. I start by changing the way you think about things and then jump into physical change.
I am a fitness instructor, yoga teacher and mindfulness coach with a degree in exercise science and a RYT 200 Hour Certification. I specialize in meditation, gentle yoga/stress management, life coaching and Acro yoga. I believe you can be your best self through mindfulness, movement and play.
