200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance
My classes are fun, soothing and challenging. I like to mix in powerful yoga movements, as well as restorative poses to slow the body and mind.
I currently teach Flow Yoga Classes and Restorative Yoga for Athletes. I love working with individuals to support their physical or emotional needs through yoga. I believe that Yoga has many benefits not only for the body but for the mind!

About Care

I have been a Registered Yoga Teacher since November of 2016. I have taught individual private lessons as well as large groups of up to 300 students. I currently teach at a Yoga Studio and a Crossfit Gym in Houston, Texas. My classes focus on strength, flexibility, breath/body control and the wellness benefits of becoming connected to your body and your space through the practice of Yoga.
