About Julie
I first trained as a social assistant and about 2 years ago trained as a yoga teacher abroad (lessons are possible in English and German). Since then I have worked as a part-time job as a yoga teacher in addition to studying architecture and have expanded my yoga knowledge through numerous books.

About the lesson

During the lesson I orient myself according to the abilities of my students and adapt the course spontaneously. It is important to accept the individual physical limits and to promote personal skills.
Most of the lessons I start with a short introductory meditation to get into the situation.
Then we start with a warm-up phase in order to protect muscles, tendons and joints in the following asanas (postures).
After the warm-up phase, there is an active part with a few vinyasa flows. This optimally prepares the body for the subsequent stretching exercises.
Towards the end of the lesson, calmer exercises are done which eventually lead to a final relaxation.
