I'm a runner, swimmer, trekker and amateur surfer.

I took private sessions before my upcoming yoga teacher training and in just a few classes, it helped me immensely in building my strength and flexibility. The sessions also comprised meditation and pranayam, which are important for a holistic development of the mind and body.
