About Chelsea
I have a strong background in English comprehension and writing in English. I took Honors English courses throughout my formal high school education and college education. As a humble brag, I feel quite confident and well-equipped to take on tutoring students English and Writing as I did receive A's in all my English and Writing courses. I also will take proper care to ensure my Students receive a well balanced lesson and will go above and beyond to offer any needed support to my students. My approach as a tutor is to engage my students as often as possible by implementing fun and simple ways to comprehend English reading. An example technique I plan to use is allowing my students to take the lead when they feel ready and to make teaching reading English as simple as I can by breaking a text down and explaining what it means.
