About Juliette
I am a bookworm, student, from New Zealand, who tutored for service back home. Now, starting fresh in Australia, I would like to pursue my passion for literature by teaching students. I find that through teaching literature, I become more passionate about reading.

Teaching about comprehension, intentional allusions and complex metaphors is my forte! Looking behind the realm of the words on the paper and forward into the literary plain the author intended them to be read on. I have over 5 years of experience teaching anything from Cambridge-specific content to year 8 and 9 essay writing skills. I completed high school with a 98 atar, and am continuing my education in commerce but still with a passion for literature. lessons can range from 30 minutes to 1:30 hour sessions. I find one on one tutoring session the most useful for comprehension as I can directly test the students understanding against literature and help as I see fit.
