I am a contemplative, collaborative, critical, and feminist pedagogue. This means that I believe authority should be shared in a classroom so that students have agency over their own learning. I try to meet each student "where they are" in their learning, tailoring the experience to their needs. I like to have fun in the classroom, and value creativity and community above all else. My classroom is never exclusionary to people of any ability, race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, religion, or immigration status.
I am a writer and teacher currently living in France. I have 6 years of tutoring experience and 4 years of teaching experience (both online and face-to-face) in the following subjects: creative writing, poetry, literature, rhetoric, ELL, and community outreach.
Student will pay for the full hour if they miss the class.
