Soph is an incredible choreographer and instructor. They have helped me create pieces in multiple disciplines and styles, and with her help I have placed in national dance competitions. Their focus on technique, musicality and fluidity is perfectly balanced with how fun and collaborative she makes each session. Soph is inclusive, knowledgeable and experienced, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Sophie is truly wonderful teacher. They have knowledge of a range of dance styles and they are able to break down movements and techniques so they can be easily understood. They take care in getting to know their students and their goals.

A genuine and kind person, Soph brings their wide variety of dance and yoga experience into every group and 121 session, ensuring an experience centered around mindfulness and connecting to the body to create something that both looks great and feels great. They are incredibly good at creating/adapting choreography to suit all bodies and abilities and I have always felt completely comfortable and accepted when working with them. I would highly recommend Soph for any and all movement/choreo needs!
