About Dhriti
With 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Vocal Performance, I help singers grow into confident, expressive performers. My lessons are personalised to each student—whether you’re just starting out or preparing for a Broadway audition. I work with school-aged learners, college students, and adults, providing the tools you need to shine onstage. My speciality lies in musical theatre and Broadway-style singing, where storytelling meets vocal power. I focus on safe belting technique, character-driven performance, and stage presence. I’ll also help you develop vocal agility for quick changes and demanding ensemble work. Ear training, harmony, and improvisation are key parts of my teaching approach. I weave in music theory to strengthen your understanding and creativity. Every lesson is structured, but never rigid—there’s always room to explore. I believe in nurturing each individual voice, not forcing it into a mould. Together, we’ll build confidence, technique, and joy in your singing. Let’s take that first step towards the stage.

I teach singing with a focus on emotional honesty and meaningful communication. Every song is a story, and your job as the singer is to tell it in a way that reaches people. We’ll explore how to understand lyrics deeply, connect to them, and express that feeling through your voice. Each lesson is designed to build confidence, musicality, and strong technique. I’ll help you master phrasing, breath control, and vocal clarity while always keeping expression at the centre. We won’t just work on how you sound—we’ll work on how you make people feel. You’ll learn to move listeners with intention and presence. I’ve helped students like The Fiddler and The Music Major learn how to connect, not just perform. I support every student in reaching a deeper level of performance. Together, we’ll focus on what makes your voice unique. The goal is not to sing like someone else—but to sing like yourself.
