About Raphael

At the age of 20, Abitur and examination to become a state-recognized educator. Between 20 and 29 years of age live concerts with various bands, study trips to Tobago / Trinidad and Dominican Republic / Haiti with percussion lessons in the styles of merengue and calypso. At the age of 29, one year full-time study with diploma at the Drummers Institute Düsseldorf with the following teachers: Drums: Jan Rohlfing, Andy Gillmann, Jürgen Peiffer, Mannie van Bohr, Douglas Sides, Eric Harings and others Percussion: Martin Hesselbach, Afonso Valdez and others Ensemble, harmony: Dieter Greifenberg , David Becker, Wolfgang Diekmann, Peter Deinum, Marius Goldhammer Since 2002 private lessons with Phil Maturano and Alfonso Valdez with a focus on Latin drumming. Played around 1000 concerts at home and abroad.
