About Natalie
I’m a vocal coach with over 9 years of experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Arts and Opera. I love helping singers build confidence, overcome performance anxiety, and connect deeply with the songs they sing. My passion is contemporary worship and gospel music, where I guide students to convey authentic emotion and inspire their listeners. I also teach Pop, Indie, and R&B styles, creating a versatile learning experience. Breath control, expressive phrasing, and vocal health are at the core of my teaching philosophy. I work with shy beginners, teen worship leaders, and aspiring recording artists. Live performance coaching, especially for congregational singing, is a particular strength. Lessons are tailored to each student’s journey, focusing on technique, expression, and stage presence. Singing is not just about notes—it’s about connecting with God, yourself, and others. Every voice has a unique story, and I help students tell it. Together, we explore vocal potential while nurturing confidence and joy. Singing should feel empowering and fun. My teaching method is built on helping singers develop a strong ear and confident pitch. Lessons focus on singing accurately, identifying intervals, and harmonizing with others. I provide exercises to train your ear for notes, chords, and melodies. You will learn to match pitches and sing in tune effortlessly. Ear training is a key part of every session, helping you recognize musical patterns. I guide advanced teen singers and quartet players to refine their accuracy. Consistent feedback ensures that mistakes are corrected quickly. Lessons include exercises for interval recognition, harmonization, and melodic dictation. I focus on building confidence while keeping learning fun. Each session is tailored to your goals and skill level. You will gain a better understanding of harmony and musical structure. Singing in tune will become natural. My goal is to help you excel while enjoying the process of making music.
