Introduction to Teaching Method & Techniques

4. Target Audience & Lesson Customization

Who Are the Lessons For?

Elementary School (Grades K-5): Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), foundational English skills (reading comprehension, phonics, vocabulary), and introduction to problem-solving techniques.

Middle School (Grades 6-8): Pre-algebra, introductory geometry, basic writing skills (essays, grammar), literature analysis, and preparation for high school-level material.

High School (Grades 9-12): Advanced math (algebra, calculus, trigonometry), English (literary analysis, essay writing, SAT/ACT prep), and focused SAT preparation (including strategies, practice questions, and targeted lessons on the sections of the test).

SAT Prep: Students preparing for the SAT will receive a focused, structured study plan, including lessons on test-taking strategies, practice questions, and comprehensive reviews of all test sections (Math, Reading, Writing, and Essay).

Specificities:

Math: Whether it’s early arithmetic or advanced calculus, lessons are structured to meet the student at their current level and gradually advance them to higher levels of understanding.

English: Emphasis on reading comprehension, vocabulary development, writing skills (including essays, summaries, and creative writing), and SAT-specific writing sections.
