About Oleg
Have a 32-year experience in simultaneous and written translation, as well as teaching English. Lived in the United States for a long time, in New York City. Worked as a translator at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, Kyiv, translating from English into Russian and Ukrainian, and vice versa. Continuously improve my teaching and translation methods and keep up with changes in modern English.

There is a common belief that one can speak English like a native without knowing its grammar. I hate to disappoint you, but that’s a myth. The main focus of my lessons is on grammar proficiency. Once a student reaches the B1 level, Speaking and Listening are introduced in accordance with their grammar level. Upon reaching B2, lessons on phrasal verbs—both theory and practice—are added.
