Hi there,
I believe that effective teaching is not just about delivering information but also about inspiring a love for learning, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing individual growth.
My teaching techniques are grounded in the principles of student engagement and interactive learning. I prefer a combination of traditional methods and modern technology. This includes hands-on activities, and the use of digital resources. I also encourage self-directed learning and research, as I believe that students retain information better when they actively seek knowledge.
The structure of my classes is designed to create a conducive learning environment. Typically, a class starts with a brief introduction and an overview of the day's topic. I then engage the students in discussions, presentation,and hands-on activities. I allocate time for questions and encourage students to express their thoughts and ideas. Homework assignments and assessments are given to reinforce learning and assess comprehension.
