About Maya
I am a Law Graduate and have applied myself to improving student experience throughout my academic journey. As an A level english language mentor, I was passionate about a mentee’s progress, building on each week to ensure constant improvement. I am progress orientated, focussing on building students’ confidence, to equip them for exams and independent learning, as well as improving each week in my lessons.

I use past exam papers, and previous answers of the students to help them constantly improve on their english language skills, whilst being mindful and centred around the skills needed to pass their GCSE/ 11+.
Lessons are 50 minutes.
I have an A in A level English Language, and a 9 in GCSE English Language.
I have tutored up to A level for 2 years/
My lessons are aimed for up to GCSE level, and can be used for literacy and reading for younger ages. I cater for any ability and age.
