About Eleanor
I originally hail from Paris where I lived there for eight years while precariously balancing small objects off the balcony and taking care of sunflower pots in the urban craze. I am a native French speaker and aspire to give my clients confidence and practice to think and speak in French. Inspired by the book "Fluent Forever", I want to help others find a long-term practice in learning and speaking French.

I start with pronunciation. I believe it is the gateway to language because it trains the student to listen, adapt, and speak in sounds different from their native language. If one understands how to piece apart the sounds of a foreign language, it is easier to connect and access that language's oral and written expression. I aspire to build a strong foundation for my students and to accomplish long-term results.
