About Rebecca
I am 24 and a professional ballet dancer and pilates instructor. I am currently working at Nuffield Health teaching classes and personal training. I have experience dealing with clients and delivering well rounded sessions. I attended Elmhurst Ballet School then moved to Belgium to attend the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp. I danced professionally in Germany, Slovakia and the USA. I have worked with many expert ballet teachers during summer schools and workshops and that enabled me to excel in my ballet technique, overall mindset and confidence. I am able to structure sessions depending on individual goals which we can discuss prior to sessions.

I have been dancing all my life and attended professional ballet school since the age of 11 and danced in professional ballet companies since the age of 19. I have trained in various ballet methods however predominately Vaganova training. I have completed my Polestar pilates teacher training and I have found pilates is incredibly beneficial for enhancing ballet technique and incorporating into my sessions. I am willing to help students of all ages and all levels. A session would be 1 hr- 1.5 hours long and this would cover warm up, ballet technique, strength and conditioning.
