Course setup
Laid back, and fun, I try to develop my approach around the learner's style of tutoring or teaching that they prefer and that which is most scholastically beneficial to them. Also, most of the time, if I am aware of my students' personal interests', and what they enjoy outside of academia/school, then I can find ways to relate their interest to my lesson plans and teaching sessions, so that they enjoy the work they do while simultaneously, improving areas that need work, or need to be more proficient at higher levels.
