About Freya
I’m a vocal coach with 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Arts and Opera. I help singers gain confidence, overcome stage anxiety, and connect emotionally with the songs they perform. My expertise is contemporary worship and gospel music, with additional experience teaching Pop, Indie, and R&B. Lessons focus on breath control, expressive phrasing, vocal health, and live performance coaching. I enjoy working with shy beginners, teen worship leaders, and aspiring recording artists. Congregational singing is a particular strength, helping students lead confidently. Every lesson is tailored to individual goals and abilities. Singing is both a technical skill and a spiritual practice. I guide students to balance expression, technique, and stage presence. Together, we unlock each voice’s potential. Every singer deserves to feel empowered and inspired. Singing should be fun, fulfilling, and transformative.

My approach trains singers to hear and sing accurately. Lessons include interval recognition, harmonisation, and melodic ear training. You will develop a strong sense of pitch and the ability to match notes effortlessly. Advanced teen singers and quartet players excel with this method. Feedback is given throughout each session to ensure constant improvement. Singing in tune will feel natural and confident. Exercises include chords, melodies, and harmonising practice. Ear training is central to every lesson. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and skill level. I focus on building confidence alongside technical ability. Harmonising with others becomes smooth and easy. Singing becomes expressive, accurate, and enjoyable. My goal is to help every student reach their full potential.
