About Andrew

My teaching approach to singing is rooted in creativity, clear communication, and personal growth. I focus on helping each student find their natural voice and build strong technique step by step. Whether you're singing solo or in a group, I guide you through posture alignment, breath control, and vocal strength. We’ll work on musical interpretation so your singing feels real and expressive. I also focus on diction shaping and vowel clarity to help your words come through clearly and beautifully. For those involved in ensembles or harmonising groups, I offer support in developing a strong choral blend and pitch accuracy. If you're a passionate musician who juggles voice with another instrument or part of a tight vocal group, I can help you balance your roles and refine your performance. I understand how to help students lead with confidence while still blending with others. Together, we’ll build skills through exercises, real-world songs, and creative exploration. I use a flexible, supportive style that encourages your voice to grow in a natural and healthy way. You’ll gain both technical skill and musical understanding that lasts.

I’m a singer, songwriter, and vocal coach with over 8 years of experience, and I hold an Advanced Diploma in Singing. I specialise in helping singer-songwriters refine their craft and bring their music to life with clarity and emotion. Whether you're just beginning or already recording, I’ll help you unlock your voice and shape your sound. My sessions focus on vocal phrasing, lyric editing, and harmony layering—skills that give your songs depth and feeling. I also share practical tips for home studio recording so you can confidently capture your ideas. I work across genres like Indie Folk, Electro-Pop, Acoustic Soul, and Lo-Fi, tailoring each session to your artistic identity. Together, we’ll dig into your original music and explore how your voice can bring it to life authentically. I’ll help you shape songs that reflect who you are—both technically and emotionally. You’ll learn to tell your story with clarity and connect your sound to your unique style.
