I am a general Ed/Special Ed profession. I utilize differentiated and individualized instruction. I am heavy on lecture style with manipulatives, visual aids, and graphic organizers. My students will learn through repetition and application. I evaluate based on performance. Students learn as they interact and learn through expanding the scope of the knowledge they already have and they have acquired.
I began giving lessons as a substitute teacher (3.3 years). I have taught as an Assistant Writing Coordinator, Program Assistant, and Teacher Assistant subjects such as (Careers, vocational placement, bridge plans, English II, and US and World History, and Science).
