About Lyssa
I still til this day write.
I find writing as my leaves, my therapy. I view poetry as my branches to the leaves that will blossom out with my thoughts. I have been the odd one out my whole life. From elementary to now even i’m in college I was not able to get along fully with english, I wanted to free write, do poetry read philosophy like books due to my mind being so mature cause of the trials i have/had in life. Your brain is a powerful place and writing is very important in all forms. So by me tutoring students while also becoming a teacherI hope to gain a bond with each student I help and with patience and commitment from BOTH sides we can get you from staying stuck looking at the paper to flowing so beautifully, it takes time and true patience.

I was a student who could NOT read or write what was being assigned, I had a lot going on in my mind so I wanted to write feely, when you see how your brain is wired you want to find ways to make it easy for yourself to do what is needed but also in your own way. Your own flow. I’m currently in a next level psychology class so I am now learning ways of the brain because when I meet my students in August, I want to observe the way their brains are wired, when it comes to reading or writing some kids get stuck, side tracked and more! I want to find what it is to help weather its for their spelling, grammar, feeling as if they are illiterate or wanting a bigger vocabulary I want to be able to study my students mind to help find ways for them to engage into their writing that it’s passionate as if they wrote their story of greatest accomplishments on that paper!
