About Stella
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a specialization in vocal performance and have been teaching voice for the past 7 years. My experience ranges from working with beginners who are just discovering their voice to advanced students preparing for auditions or live performances. I believe everyone has a voice worth developing. As a singer and performer myself, I bring firsthand insight into stage presence, vocal stamina, and artistic interpretation. I’ve sung across genres and understand the technical adjustments each style demands. This allows me to help students explore their strengths while encouraging exploration of new styles and challenges. Students often describe me as patient, detailed, and supportive. I strive to create a welcoming learning space where you can grow without fear of mistakes. I focus on long-term vocal health and confidence, aiming to build both skill and joy in singing, no matter your experience level.

Lessons are personalized to match your vocal style, goals, and current level. We begin each session with guided warmups that support healthy vocal habits and prepare your voice for technical work. These warmups include breathing control, pitch alignment, and gentle stretching of your vocal range to build consistency and strength.
Throughout the course, we’ll work on essential elements like tone production, dynamic control, and emotional delivery. You’ll learn how to phrase lyrics effectively, maintain vocal health, and adapt techniques to various genres such as pop, classical, or musical theatre. Lessons are structured but flexible, allowing creative expression within technical development.
Students also receive practical tools such as performance tips, ear training, and basic sight-singing to strengthen overall musicianship. Homework may include vocal exercises, guided recordings, or listening assignments. My goal is to ensure that every student leaves each session feeling encouraged, equipped, and a step closer to their singing goals.
