About Dan
Having been a professional speaker and writer for decades, I can help you with becoming fluent and conversational in English. Holding a BA in Philosophy from a very analytical department, I learned to convey complex ideas succinctly. This skill was further developed during decades of wordsmithing business documents. I also hold an MA in Business Administration. So I’m familiar with business language and terms. It’s an MA rather than an MBA due to the program’s emphasis on Human Resources and Industrial Relations. I’m also very easy to talk to and I have good manners.

I’ve been a professional speaker and writer in a variety of capacities. I’ve been a radio announcer at two radio stations and I routinely spoke publicly as a management consultant for roughly 20 years. As a Management consultant, I wrote thousands of business documents, including policies, procedures, and work instructions. As an expert in my field, I authored articles that were published in reputable industry magazines around the world. I also authored a technical paper and self-published a book. I was also a professional ghostwriter. I wrote content for psychologists’ website landing pages. As a creative writer, I’ve published poetry and short stories. Being a system thinker and a critic of today’s political, economic, and social systems, I’m interested in social justice and system reform. I’ve published several blogs on the Mad in America website focusing on the intersection between modern psychiatry and systemic societal dysfunction.
