About Soren
I’m a passionate singing tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a voice emphasis. I provide personalized singing lessons tailored to students of all levels—from school and college learners to adults and professionals. My lessons cover a wide range of styles, including classical, pop, movie soundtracks, and folk singing. I focus on strengthening ear training, harmony, improvisation, and music theory, all of which help build a strong musical foundation. Vocal confidence is one of my key priorities, and I work closely with each student to nurture their unique voice using safe and healthy vocal techniques. My teaching style is interactive and supportive, creating a positive environment where students feel comfortable to explore and grow. I believe every voice has its own special character, and my goal is to help you discover and develop yours. Whether you want to prepare for performances, auditions, or simply enjoy singing more, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My teaching method for The Quartet Player and The Fiddler focuses on building strong stage confidence and audience connection. I emphasize breath control, clear diction, and good posture, which are essential for powerful live performances. Proper microphone technique is also a key part of lessons, helping students feel comfortable and natural on stage.
I guide each student to build self-belief and charisma through carefully chosen songs that suit their style and strengths. Movement exercises are incorporated to improve stage presence and help performers engage the audience with ease. Video feedback sessions allow students to see their progress and refine their performance skills.
Stage presence drills focus on body language and eye contact, making sure each artist connects deeply with their listeners. Vocal stamina apps are introduced to help build endurance for longer sets and demanding shows. These tools support consistent practice outside of lessons.
Through this approach, students develop not just technical skill but also a magnetic personality on stage. I encourage a positive mindset, helping performers overcome nerves and enjoy every moment. Each lesson is designed to empower students to shine confidently in front of any crowd.
