Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed when facing math problems? I understand completely, and I'm here to help you heal your relationship with mathematics! My holistic approach addresses not just math concepts, but also the emotional and mental well-being that affects learning. We create a safe, nurturing space where you can explore the complete K-12 curriculum including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and calculus without fear or judgment. I use mindfulness techniques to reduce math anxiety, breathing exercises before challenging problems, and celebrate every small victory to build genuine confidence. We work on developing a growth mindset, healing past negative experiences with math, and creating positive associations that make numbers feel friendly and approachable. Every lesson focuses on your emotional comfort as much as academic progress!
