About Kelton
I developed a method based on three pillars: FIRST PILLAR: Each class is autonomous. That is, it is not necessary to take more than one class. From the first you will be able to achieve results. The more classes you take, the more resources you will have, but the first one may be enough (usually two to four classes). SECOND PILLAR: Experiential. The whole theory is experienced by you. Theory and practice are together all the time with an emphasis on practice. THIRD PILLAR: Context. All classes are contextualized taking into account your lifestyle, goals, objectives, fears and desires.
