"Holding an MA in French and a CELTA from McGill University actually matters less than you might think. Degrees are just paper compared to the practical reality of 13 years spent navigating the bilingual landscape across Canada.
I have spent these years teaching English to Francophone students who struggle with academic writing or business English. Developing these systems for 117 students has given me a deep appreciation for the effort required to change your language habits.
