I have walked the walk. Played baseball, basketball, football, soccer, tennis since I was a kid. Have worked out with weights and equipment for 65 years. I ran 11 marathon races AFTER I was 55. I am a Certified Physical Trainer. I have experienced working out with and training all ages and am dedicated to creating a program that is unique to you
