About Khairul
I'm Khairul, a data analytics undergraduate at APU, currently on a scholarship that reflects my strong academic standing in mathematics and analytical subjects. Beyond my degree, I have hands-on experience applying mathematical and problem-solving skills in real projects from data analysis work to competitive technical challenges. This means I don't just know the syllabus, I understand how these concepts are actually used.
I've tutored SPM-level students before, and what I bring is patience combined with a genuine ability to explain difficult concepts simply, without making students feel rushed or judged for not understanding something the first time. As a university student myself, I remember exactly what SPM pressure feels like, and I use that closeness to connect with students rather than lecture at them.

My approach to tutoring focuses on building genuine understanding rather than memorization. I break down concepts step by step, using worked examples first, then guiding students to solve similar problems independently so they build real confidence, not just copied methods. I adapt my pace to each student: if a concept isn't clicking, we slow down and approach it from a different angle rather than moving on regardless.
Lessons typically run 1 to 1.5 hours, with a mix of concept explanation, guided practice, and past-year/exam-style questions, so students leave each session having actually applied what we covered.
