In my classes I use a blend of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles. Interaction is a key component of my teeaching strategy. I make a point of checking in with students individually,providing timely feedback,and being as accessible as possible through mails and virtually. I have found that with right approach,online classes can be just as effective and engaging as traditional ones.
