About Alonzo
Calculus is often simple, yet it is presented as if it were a foreign language. Having earned my MSc Pure Mathematics from MIT, I understand that the most complex theories are just collections of smaller, logical steps waiting to be uncovered.
With 13 years of experience and 131 students taught, I have refined my ability to explain limits and continuity, integrals, u-substitution, related rates, the chain rule, derivatives, differential equations basics, curve sketching, and problem-solving strategies. My perspective remains rooted in the idea that math only clicks when the pace is measured. You can expect a patient walk through these difficult topics until they feel intuitive.
