Playing music in the Montreal folk scene for 13 years has defined my relationship with the instrument. I teach guitar with a direct focus on technique and practical application. Holding a BA in Musique populaire from UQAM provides the theoretical backbone for the lessons I deliver.
I have worked with 198 students ranging from teens to performance-focused adults seeking structure. My approach centers on essential skills like acoustic and electric technique, chord transitions, and barre chords. I also emphasize reading sheet music and ear training to ensure you understand what you are playing.
