About Maria
Hi, I'm Maria and I am a first year medical student in Trinity College Dublin. I've always wanted to help people and I am eager to teach grinds as I sat the Leaving Cert last year and I know how overwhelming it feels, especially in the lead up to the exams.
I have a passion for Math, Chemistry and Biology that I hope to inspire in other students. My goal is to help students to reach their full potential in these subjects.
I achieved a H1 in all of the above subjects and scored 625 points in the Leaving Cert. I have experience in explaining difficult concepts (and I have plenty of experience with studying!)

The grinds will be pre-planned and custom-made based on the particular topics that the student wants to focus on and their target grade. I can also assist in making study timetables and provide homework if needed.
My goal is to provide concise overviews of the topics, eliminating the unnecessary additional information that is sometimes provided in textbooks. I will focus on developing understanding of the topic and I will encourage the student to use active recall to commit the topics to their long-term memory.
The lessons will be 1 hour each and are suitable for 4th-6th year students.
