Yoga is not only my passion , but also my life style. Since I do yoga ( years ago) I’ve changed the way I eat, I think, I live the life ! Yoga means «unity », so I try to connect my body to my soul through each pose of yoga. It’s not how we are advance in it, it’s about we like our body while doing yoga!

Lessons can be planned a week before by the students. Sometimes we decide to have more hip opening poses, so sometimes we get more on balance poses,… or could be planned by myself. It all depend on the levels and enthousiasme.
