About Sonja
My name is Sonja I'm a yoga teacher from Croatia. I've been practicing yoga since 2016. and last year I decided to finish a teacher training in Rishikesh, India. It was the best decision ever because the knowledge I gained was much more than what I was expecting to get.
I teach in my own studio in Croatia.
I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra and meditation.

My approach is professional but friendly.
Each class starts with an awareness practice, breathing exercises,gentle stretching before we dive into sun salutations and various flows and finish with deep relaxation and guided meditation.
The classes I'll prepare for you will be made specifically for you.
