About Erika
Hello,
I trained in dance which is also what introduced me to Pilates and Yoga. I have trained to teach both and happily taught in London for over 10 years.
I now live by the sea and mix teaching with training to be an accountant (very different worlds!) but enjoy the contrast.
I enjoy being in nature, walking and swimming.

We will work on your own personal goals as well as attending any area that you might feel is a challenge.
I will encourage you to find your own way through the practice and develop both your strengths and weaknesses.
