About Cates
My name is Cates Casipit, a 2022 graduate of Glenunga International High School with an ATAR of 95.35, and provide 1 on 1 in-person or online tutoring services to students.
I believe one-on-one tutoring fosters a supportive and comfortable environment where the student feels encouraged to ask questions, seek clarification, and engage actively in the learning process. Additionally, I can provide immediate feedback and address misconceptions in real time, leading to faster progress and deeper understanding for the student.

Previous experience tutoring in a classroom setting, and a consistent high-achiever at Glenunga International Highschool. I provide 1-1 tutoring for Reception students to Year 7.
The service consists of:
- Assisting students with completion of homework, assignments, test preparation and other academic tasks.
- Provision of corrections in previously completed assignments to help students improve.
- Recommendation of other learning resources that may benefit the student in comprehension of key concepts.
Lessons typically run for 1-2 hours, depending on the student's needs.
