About David
I am a recent High-School graduate of 2022, and was the dux of my school. I have a passion for teaching and helping others to achieve their goals and seeing what they are capable of. I believe that everyone is capable of achieving anything they set their mind to, and that no one should feel unintelligent or silly because they do not understand their schoolwork.
My interests include everything outdoors, music-related, and social. I love playing nearly all forms of sport - but especially Volleyball, Basketball, and Tennis - and outdoor adventures are the best!

I believe in meeting each student where they are at and addressing the skills that they need in order to achieve their goals. Each student has their own goals they wish to achieve and they do not all require the same approach. I take the time to help students understand the problems they are stuck on and to try and help them understand why they are doing what they are doing.
I seek to tutor students by finding their areas of struggle and addressing them as we work through the questions in their curriculum. This helps to keep consistent with what they are being taught at school and doesn't waste time teaching them knowledge they already know.
1 hour lessons are the best! :) they give us time to work through any questions and explain them thoroughly, and they don't drag on too long for the students.
I have recently graduated year 12 as the dux of my school and with an ATAR of 99.6, and have been tutoring 5 students in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry since the beginning of 2023.
