Keen to help other VCE students along their struggle as 2024 was no easy task. Running lessons for Psychology, Biology, and Sociology.

About the lesson

Primarily, I tutor Psychology and Biology, whereby my lessons go beyond just memorising content - I focus on making sure you actually understand the material. These subjects can be dense, but I break things down in a way that makes sense, whether that means simplifying complex theories, using real-world examples, or adjusting my teaching style to suit how you learn best. Understanding processes in these subjects are key for exam preparation, which I always put a heavy emphasis on, including various practice questions and exam strategies in my lessons.

Having gone through VCE myself, I know how daunting it can feel - especially if you’re stuck with a bad teacher or struggling to make sense of the content on your own. I get how overwhelming SACs and exams can be, and I know firsthand how frustrating it is when you’re trying to do well but don’t have the right support. That’s why I make sure my lessons aren’t just about covering content -I want to make things clearer, less stressful, and actually useful to you.

My strength as a tutor comes from my ability to explain things clearly and adaptively. No two students are the same, so I tailor my approach to match your learning style—whether that means working through tricky concepts step by step, reinforcing key ideas with practice questions, or finding new ways to make the content click.

Beyond knowledge, I bring strong analytical skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students improve. I care about more than just boosting your marks. I want to build your confidence and help you feel in control of your learning.
