About Joella
I have been teaching Chemistry and Maths GCSE for 2 years now and have dedicated my time to ensuring that lessons are not only informative but enjoyable! I've completed 10 GCSEs and 3 A-Levels with grade 8-9s and I'm now studying a BSc in Biochemistry in hopes of pursuing a career in Clinical Biochemistry.
As difficult as Maths and Chemistry can be, I am passionate about teaching and determined to help students increase their understanding and confidence for their exams.

What to expect from my lessons:
- My lessons aim to focus on targeting weaknesses using past paper practice questions and active recall techniques to reinforce knowledge. I aim to tailor my sessions using analogies and visual aids like diagrams to suit my students' learning needs. Historically, I have seen students reach grades of 7/8 using these methods :) I tend to be available from Monday - Saturday after 5pm but I am willing to make adjustments if needed.
How long are my lessons?
- My lessons tend to be an hour long but I am willing to be flexible if students want longer sessions.
