I am a 25 year old, 2nd year Sport and Exercise Science student with extensive experience in rugby, sprinting and nutrition to name a few areas. I have acquired a lot of my experience and knowledge through my previous adventures as a gym instructor, in high level rugby and through my studies.

Studying a Sport and Exercise Science degree allows me to educate people using knowledge gained from industry leaders and fellow peers. I base my practices around a research led approach, therefore allowing me to provide information which is at the forefront of this field. Studying modules such as sports psychology, allows me to adapt my styles of teaching to the student, consequently finding which teaching method is more suitable for the individual.
