About Owen
I believe a students success and personal drive in a subject all comes down the the teaching. I'd love to be able to help students further their knowledge on topics or help them gain the insight they need if they're struggling. I believe there's no such thing as a bad pupil but only a bad teacher and I'd love to be given the opportunity to help you excel in your studies. As a university student I know struggling in subjects can feel like the end of the world and sometimes you need guidance, which is what I'd love to give.

My names Owen, a 19 year old chemical engineering student at the University of Manchester. I'm currently in my second year of four and looking to do more tutoring on the side to gain experience for the future.
My tutoring style would include going through any specifics the student would like. This would include going through theory/content then asking the student to complete a few questions, this can be done both in session or as homework based on preference. The main goal is to help the student get an understanding of the topic, not to pile them up with work! I'd aim to do 1-2 hours per session but again this is up to you and your preference.
Past tutoring experience includes 2 past pupils where I helped in GCSE physics and maths too. Any questions or queries are welcome :)
